An Aluminum Alloy which
Overcomes the Problems of Oxidation, Collapsing of Base Metal, and
Poor Strength
|
Magna 55 makes it
possible for anyone who can braze to weld aluminum. When you use
this alloy it is no longer necessary to scrap broken parts or
send them out to a specialist to be welded.
Special features:
- Can be applied
to both sheet and cast aluminum
- Applied at lower
temperature than base metal melting point. This prevents
collapsing of work piece
- Perfect color
match with good match with good corrosion resistance
- Very easy to
apply - merely use a brazing technique
- Used with
special Magna 55 flux which gives instant bonding and prevents
sagging
- May be applied
in all positions. High tensile strength without porosity
