The Super Tough Alloy for
Building-up Worn and Broken Parts
|
Nearly 3 times as
strong as ordinary brazing rods. Magna 77F is a new type of
welding alloy which outwears steel nearly three to one in
frictional wear application because of its low coefficient of
friction. Can be used for joining or overlay due to its perfect
balance of high strength toughness.
Advantages:
- Applied easily -
no special skills required
- Non-fuming
- Solid deposit
with no porosity
- Deposits will
not peel as bronzes do
- Can be applied
at "Black Heat" preventing warpage and distortion
- Flux-coated for
greater ease and speed of application
- Bonds well to
rusty, oily or uncleanable surfaces
- Controlled
melting rate eliminates running or sagging of deposit
The ideal
machinable overlay for steel, cast iron and bronze |
